"RHIZOMATIC": The sun is waning, new green is trickling to a halt; energy is being redirected to seed and root. The above-ground activity is being directed inward and downward. Meanwhile, new growth is being directed horizontally. Another world exists beyond the surface - new directions are being charted and energy redistributed. Come spring, new nodes emerge from the network. This issue asks us to reflect on horizontal hierachies, the distribution of psychic energy, and the relationship of internal and external.
