WYRD magazine is sent via USPS First-Class Mail Domestic and International. We use pre-paid stamps to ship all magazine orders, and thus are unable to provide tracking. Processing time is 1-3 days, and standard delivery time is 3-7 days within the US, and 7-21 days international.
All non-magazine merchandise is shipped using USPS First-Class Parcel service. Standard processing and delivery times apply.
All purchases of WYRD magazine are final. We are unable to offer returns or refunds, unless the item arrives with signifigant defects not related to shipment, or an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error. If you have not recieved your magazine and it has been more than 14 days for domestic orders, or more than 34 for international orders, please contact wyrd @ darkage . online.
All non-magazine merchandise purchases are final, except in the circumstances stated above. For purchases of apparel, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that is damaged due to incorrect care or excessive wear-and-tear. If proper care is given, and items are damaged, please contact wyrd @ darkage . online to initiate a refund or exchange.
We are unable to provide exchanges for issues of WYRD magazine, except in the circumstance you are sent the incorrect issue. To initiate an exchange, please send a copy of your receipt and description of what you received to wyrd @ darkage . online.
All efforts are made to provide accurate sizing information for apparel-based merchandise, however, if an item arrives and it doesn't fit as expected, exchanges are accepted given that a suitable replacement size is in stock. If no stock is available and production isn't an option, a store credit/partial refund or full refund may be issued.
Subscriptions to WYRD are offered on an annual and bi-annual basis. You will receieve an e-mail receipt upon each renewal. Please ensure you provide an active e-mail address when placing your subscription.
Annual subscriptions are billed yearly on the same day the subscription began. Annual patrons of WYRD will receive four (4) issues yearly, with the first issue sent being the most recent issue to be published OR the next issue to be released, depending on stock.
Bi-annual subscriptions are billed every sixty (60) days, starting from the day the subscription began. Bi-annual patrons of WYRD will receive two (2) issues in a six-month period, with the first issue sent being the most recent issue to be published OR the next issue to be released, depending on stock.
You may modify or end your subscription at any time, although we are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions cancelled part-way through a subscription period. To unsubscribe, please click here.
